#JohorBahru – Johor melakar satu lagi detik bersejarah apabila Majlis Sukan Negeri Johor (MSNJ) hari ini, secara rasmi mengumumkan pelantikan legenda badminton dunia, Datuk Wira Lee Chong Wei sebagai Duta Sukan Johor.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelantikan yang merupakan pengiktirafan tertinggi buat jaguh badminton negara itu atas sumbangan luar biasa dalam sukan berkenaan selain dedikasi membimbing dan memberi inspirasi kepada generasi muda.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Selain itu, pelantikan penerima Dewan Kemasyhuran Persekutuan Badminton Dunia (BWF) 2023 itu juga direalisasikan atas kepimpinan dan sokongan padu DYAM Tunku Mahkota Ismail, Pemangku Sultan Johor dalam memartabatkan arena sukan Johor.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sebagai Duta Sukan Johor, Chong Wei yang telah berjaya meraih pelbagai kejayaan dan pengiktirafan di peringkat kebangsaan serta dunia akan berperanan penting dalam sesi motivasi kepada atlet muda, program kemasyarakatan dan promosi inisiatif pembangunan sukan negeri.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Terdahulu, berlangsungnya Majlis Menandatangani Perjanjian antara MSNJ diwakili YBhg. Tuan Haji Ts. Mohd Ekmaluddin Ishak selaku Pengarahnya bersama Chong Wei disaksikan YB Tuan Mohd Hairi Mad Shah, Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Belia dan Sukan, Pembangunan Usahawan dan Koperasi Negeri Johor.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pelantikan tersebut menjadi lakaran sejarah baharu selepas MSNJ mengumumkan pelantikan Sonny Bill Williams, legenda New Zealand All Blacks sebagai Duta Sukan Johor pada 4 April lalu yang menterjemah komitmen Johor memupuk kecemerlangan dalam sukan.<\/p>\n
