ISKANDAR PUTERI —<\/strong> Menteri Besar Johor, Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi melancarkan penjenamaan semula JLand Group (JLG), anak syarikat strategik Johor Corporation (JCorp).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Menurut beliau, JLG menumpukan sektor pembangunan dan pelaburan hartanah, pengurusan kitar hayat aset serta infrastruktur dan utiliti.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Nilai keseluruhan aset JLG turut mencecah purata tahunan sebanyak RM1.5 bilion dengan keuntungan berjumlah RM365 juta sehingga Jun 2021.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Sehingga kini, ia juga telah melengkapkan pembinaan 35,424 unit kediaman dan hartanah komersial serta berjaya menarik masuk potensi pelaburan sehingga RM45.6 bilion melalui kerjasama strategik dengan pemain industri,” kata beliau.<\/p>\n

Turut hadir, Setiausaha Kerajaan Johor, Tan Sri Dato’ Dr. Azmi Rohani.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Onn Hafiz akui teruja mengetahui hasrat JLG untuk menerokai potensi pelaburan di dalam bidang digital ekonomi serta sektor tenaga boleh diperbaharui yang diyakini dapat menyemarakkan lagi visi Johor menjadi sebuah negeri maju menjelang 2030.<\/p>\n

“Tahniah saya ucapkan kepada JCorp dan JLG di bawah teraju Presiden dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutifnya, Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Ibrahim serta keseluruhan ahli lembaga pengarah dan pengurusan kanan di atas prestasi yang membanggakan.<\/p>\n

“Kerajaan negeri akan sentiasa berusaha menyediakan persekitaran pelaburan yang kondusif, demi menyokong hasrat pemain industri tempatan seperti JLG untuk terus berkembang maju, agar dapat menyumbang kepada masa hadapan Bangsa Johor yang lebih sejahtera,” kata beliau lagi.<\/p>\n
