Pengurusan JLand bersama pemenang cabutan bertuah sempena Kempen JLand MyCHOICE.,<\/p><\/div>\n

ISKANDAR PUTERI —<\/strong> Johor Land (JLand) yakin mampu menawar dan melancarkan lebih 1,000 unit hartanah baharu dengan nilai pembangunan kasar (NPK) RM649.6 juta pada tahun ini.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pengarah Bertanggungjawab JLand, Zamri Yusof berkata, sebanyak 725 unit hartanah baharu bernilai lebih RM502.8 juta akan dilancarkan di Bandar Dato’ Onn, di sini.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Menurutnya, manakala baki 188 unit bersamaan RM88.6 juta pula di Bandar Tiram dan 120 unit (RM65.5 juta) di Taman Mutiara Gading, Batu Pahat.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Membuka lembaran baharu di tahun 2023, kami menawarkan hartanah kediaman yang inovatif dan lestari dengan pelancaran 156 unit rumah teres dua tingkat di Fasa 2, Perjiranan 8, Bandar Dato’ Onn, Johor Bahru dengan nilai NPK RM112 juta.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Harga yang ditawarkan bermula daripada RM656,200 untuk Bumiputera jenis Areca 1 (saiz tanah 20’x70′) manakala Canna 1 dan 2 (saiz tanah 24’x70′) masing-masing ditawarkan pada harga RM772,480 dan RM780,139.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Kami percaya kediaman yang dibina ini menepati standard piawai yang memberi manfaat kepada penghuninya,” kata beliau sempena Majlis Pelancaran Rasmi Fasa Kedua Perjiranan 8, Bandar Dato’ Onn, di sini.<\/p>\n

Pada majlis tersebut, JLand turut mengumumkan pemenang cabutan bertuah sempena Kempen JLand MyCHOICE berlangsung daripada 1 Julai hingga 31 Disember 2021 yang menawarkan hadiah keseluruhan bernilai lebih RM80,000.<\/p>\n

Zamri berkata, seiring dengan komitmen JLand untuk ‘mempertingkat kesejahteraan, memperkaya komuniti’, pihaknya percaya lokasi Perjiranan 8 menjadi destinasi pilihan pembeli.<\/p>\n
