ISKANDAR PUTERI —<\/strong> Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru menerima lawatan delegasi dari Daegu Metropolitan City, Republic of Korea, di Menara MBJB, pada Selasa lalu.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pada lawatan tersebut, kedua-dua belah pihak menandatangani kerjasama dua hala antara Johor Bahru dan Daegu.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Hadir menyaksikan pemeteraian Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) itu adalah Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan Negeri Johor, Dato’ Mohd Jafni Md Shukor.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Turut hadir, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Pihak Berkuasa Wilayah Pembangunan Iskandar (IRDA), Dato\u2019 Dr. Badrul Hisham bin Kassim serta Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Permodalan Darul Ta\u2019zim Sdn. Bhd., Dato\u2019 Ramlee A. Rahman.<\/p>\n

MBJB menerusi siaran dimuatnaik dalam Facebook rasmi mereka memaklumkan pertemuan dan kerjasama itu bertujuan membentuk kerjasama dalam pelbagai bidang.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Pertemuan ini serta Memorandum Persefahaman yang telah dimeterai adalah bertujuan untuk membentuk kerjasama dalam bidang ekonomi, teknologi, pelancongan, pendidikan, seni dan budaya, selain menerokai peluang kolaborasi di dalam agenda masyarakat rendah karbon, bandar pintar, teknologi hijau dan lain-lain lagi,” jelas MBJB.<\/p>\n

Delegasi Daegu Metropolitan City Government telah diketuai oleh Mayor of Daegu, Hong Joon Pyo yang hadir bersama-sama Chairman of Daegu City Council, Lee Man Kyu; Vice Mayor of Daegu, Lee Chong Hwa serta barisan ketua jabatan dan pegawai.<\/p>\n

Terlebih dahulu, DYMM Sultan Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar menerima mengadap Mayor of Daegu, Hong Joon Pyo bersama delegasi Daegu di Istana Polo, Pasir Pelangi, dekat Johor Bahru, pada sebelah pagi.<\/p>\n
